Due to the "TruFresh" nature of our meals we prepare, cook and package your prepped meals FRESH every week!

SUNDAY deliveries: Order before THURSDAY at midnight.

ALBERTA:
Grande Prairie, Sexsmith and Wembley:
The minimum order value for this areas is 5 meals. (approx. $60) 

SHIPPED Alberta Customers: 
Shipping minimum is 10 meals up to max 28 meals



BRITISH COLUMBIA:
Fort St. John and Dawson Creek: minimum order is 10 meals. (Approx. value is $100)

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES:
Yellowknife + Remote Customers: Minimum is 20-28 meals (approx $300 value)

You can manage your orders online to add and remove products before your next order is placed. (Order adjustments are available up to 4 days before)

HOW BIG ARE THE PORTIONS?

We have healthy portion sizes. For some people it is a normal sized meal that will keep you full with TruFresh Fuel! Some of our clients even have leftovers.

WHEN DO MY MEALS EXPIRE?

We have a special sealing process that removes the oxygen out of the packaging to preserve the food quality during delivery. 
We recommend 5-8 days in the fridge and 90 days in the freezer.

HOW DO I HEAT MY MEALS?

Our containers are microwave safe! All meals should be reheated before consumption.
Easiest method: Vent/Open corner of plastic or lid. Microwave 2-4 minutes heating times vary depending on the portion and your microwave settings.  

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR ALLERGIES OR DIET RESTRICTIONS? 

YES! On each item there is a note block specifically for this reason. Our meals are prepared in a facility where there can be contact with shellfish, nuts, dairy, gluten. if you have a specific severe allergy or restriction please contact us prior to ordering.
